If there is one thing you should know about me, it is that I LOVE Disney. I am a giant kid who looks forward to any new Disney films and is in love with Disney World (I still need to see Disneyland for myself). So it’s no surprise that I am featuring the Disney’s Store Black Friday sale that is going on right now. While the Disney Store may primarily be geared for children, there are plenty of items that you can get for Disney fans of all ages. Here are some ideas to add to your holiday shopping list:

We adults sure would be lost without our coffee right? Even if you are a tea drinker, nothing beats enjoying your favorite hot drink in a themed mug based on your favorite Disney movie. I have a mug collection of my own that I am very proud of myself! ūüėČ You want to know the best news? During Disney’s black Friday sale, select mugs are just $10!

T-Shirts and Sweaters

The Disney store has some of the more darling t-shirts and sweaters with all your favorite characters such as Pooh, Snow White and even Mary Poppins! These whimsical tees and sweaters are so much fun to wear when you are in need of a little Disney magic.

Disney World merchandise (not part of the sale but worth mentioning xx).

If you can’t be at Disney World, you might as well enjoy some of the merchandise you can get from your local Disney Store or online! Disney World merchandise offers a wide variety of products ranging from jewelry to Mickey ears and Disney designer bags!

Add a little Disney magic to a loved one’s tree by getting them a Disney ornaments from their favorite movie! I recently surprise my boyfriend with this UP themed ornament. I even treated myself this adorable lady ornament from¬†Lady and the Tramp as it is still one of my favorite movies (I used to watch this movie over and over with my brother and sisters growing up).

Hi loves! With the holiday season fast approaching, I wanted to get a head start on some holiday content for you. Today, I am sharing all the reasons why giving the gift of pajama and other leisure products are the perfect gift for anyone on your holiday list. This gift is not only fun to gift but also super thoughtful.

  1. They are cute! Let’s great real ladies, cute pajamas are so much fun to wear no matter what age you are. We spend a third of our lives sleeping so we might as well feel comfy and cute while we are going it! I am in with this poinsettia pajama set that I got from Target (and it’s under $30).

2. No guilt. If you have a large family like I do, often you are exchanging gifts way before Christmas arrives. So you can give a cute pair of pajamas as a gift that your loved ones will enjoy all season long!

3. Your Christmas photos will be amazing! Nothing beats opening gifts on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day – especially with festive pj’s! I even got matching Mickey and Minnie Pj’s from Kohls for my boyfriend and I to wear. Can you say photo op? ūüėČ

4. They are great for layering. Do you remember when you were a kid and your mom would have you layer up with your pj’s from time to time? I use some of my pj’s as under shirts or a second layer with my pants in the winter. It’s a simple hack that works at any age!

5. They are budget friendly. The great thing about pajamas is that you can find a great pair at reasonable prices that will not hurt your budget. Or you can gift luxury ones from brands like Kate Spade or Nordstrom. Either way, this cozy and comfy gift will be sure to keep your wallet happy and your loved ones even happier.

6. Pj’s making spirits bright. Nothing like being festive to get you in the holiday spirit! Having festive Pj’s will make your loved ones enjoy the cheers and comfort of the holidays. This time of year, we all need to have power naps now and then.

7. The start a fun, family tradition. By giving your friends and family holiday pajamas, they may get some for the rest of the family too! There are some many cute family holiday pajama sets out there like this Mickey and Minnie family set, this set from the Disney store and this one from Macy’s.

Don’t forget slippers and socks for extra comfort! Lauren Conrad has some adorable new slippers from her line at Kohls. Plus, everyone loves some soft socks when they are relaxing in their pj’s. ūüėČ

What are some of your favorite gifts you like to give during the holidays? Leave me a comment and you might see it as a topic on my next blog post!

I guess it is safe to say that cooler weather is here to stay on the east coast! I was inspired by Jean from Extra Petite to buy this beautiful plaid wrap coat from Chic Wish. The colors are perfect for fall and it is perfect for layering. I chose to layer this look with my favorite gray turtle neck that I for from Forever 21. The best part? The coat has pockets and it is sure to flatter all body types thanks to the belt it comes with.

This coat runs true to size, so don’t panic when it comes time to order it. I am wearing it in a size S. I am going to be honest guys, this is the only piece that I have bought from Chic Wish. I am still getting to know more about the company as far as their products are concerned. If you are in the same boat, take extra caution by ensuring that a product has several reviews before you commit to purchasing anything. Since costs from returns can add up quickly!

Finding flattering coat for a petite framed woman is much easier than you might think. This jacket from J.Crew is currently one of my new favorite items. It’s very elegant but runs small so be sure to size up! And keep an eye out for a review coming to the blog later this month when more colors are hopefully in stock. Petite trench coats are also very flattering for petites. You can find inspiration from one of my posts here. And when all else fails, you can always opts for a vegan leather jacket. One of my favorite ones has been review here.

Be sure to also check out my favorite farms and wineries to go to ¬†in New Jersey and New York here. I am a little biased but autumn is pretty magical out here on the east coast. 😘🍁

Hi loves! Thanksgiving will be here before we know it. During the holidays, I love to make simple and easy sweets treats to give to my friends and family. That is why I am so excited that I am collaborating with Hershey to share with your my Hershey kiss acorns that I made last year. It’s super easy to make and no baking is required!

Here is what you are going to need:

A bag of Hershey kisses

A bag of chocolate morsels

a bag of mini Nutter butter cookies

Bring a medium size pot to boil. While you are waiting for your water to boil, un-wrap your Hershey’s kisses and have your mini Nutter butters out of their container. Once your water is boiling, add a half a cup of morsels to a small pot over the medium pot to melt your chocolate. Take a knife, add some of your melted chocolate to a Hershey’s kiss to have secure on a mini Nutter butter. One your mini Nutter butters have a kiss on them, ¬†press them down for about five seconds. Then proceed to your morsels. Add some melted chocolate and stick the morsel to the end of the cookie. Then, viola! Your acorns are ready to delight your guests. Chill in your refrigerator if you are not serving them right away.

Thank you Hershey’s for sponsoring this post! It was truly a delight to collaborate with a brand a trust and use on a day-to-day- basis.¬†

Trench coats are literally a live-saver this time of year. Since the weather has been very inconsistent, I have been using my trench coat quite a bit this year. If you are always cold like I am, this is a piece that is great to wear in the office. There are a wide variety of colors for petite trench coats. However, I decided to get one in a neutral color so I can add some color to my look with accessories or a bright lipstick.

Lauren Conrad has recently added scarfs to her collection at Kohls (which I am really excited about). This loop scarf is so feminine and fun to wear. To bring out the pinks in the scarf, I chose to wear a blush hat that I got from Target. The bag that I have paired with this look is also from LC Lauren Conrad. It’s sold out but there is a similar blush bag you can purchase here. Throw on a pair of suede knee high boots and your look is complete!

Do you have a trench coat of your own? I am always looking to discover new brands. Feel free to leave me a comment below about your favorite trench coats.
