Navy blue quilted vest + bell sleeve blouse with jeans

I was literally just in Long Branch yesterday and it was seventy degrees! I cannot believe that there is snow on the ground today here in the east coast. Nonetheless, Thanksgiving is right around the corner. I know finding the right outfit for the occasion can be tricky. I for one, love to indulge (I mean really, who can pass down stuffing and pumpkin pie!?). That is why I found a look that is chic and hit a full belly. 😉

Even though it was seventy degrees outside, when you are by the by ocean it can get really cold. I figured that pairing a bell sleeve blouse, vest and jeans would be a great to walk on the beach in. One of my favorite trends of the year is the return of bell sleeve blouses. This pink multi print blouse is so darling! I am not usually one to wear pink but this print was too pretty to resist (plus, I love wearing white all year round). The blouse hits right at your hip so you can wear it tucked in or as it is. The top is made out of polyester so it is machine washable. This is sure a fun top to wear because it pair great with a skirt or jeans.

I chose to pair my bell sleeve blouse with a quilted vest. This is a great look for Thanksgiving as you can ensure you will be warm bringing in Thanksgiving dishes. Since the vest is quilted, it will hug your frame nicely. I purchased this piece in store in regular XS. It also comes in petite sizes! While this vest is made out polyester, it should be dry cleaned. I absolutely love how light this piece is. If there is one thing I cannot stand about layers, is feeling like I am being swallowed by my pieces. The cable knit hat that I am wearing is from H&M and it comes in two other colors!

November is almost over. That means you only have a few days left to enter my MAC Selena giveaway. Be sure to enter – you might just be the winner! 😉
